Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your order due to a product

defect or mix-up, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products

• Wrong item sent

• Product not as described (after review)

To process a refund, email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once

verified, a full or partial refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5–7

business days.

Please note: Refunds are not available for:

• Items used or opened

• Change of mind after delivery

• Delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers (although we’ll do our best to assist)
